The opportunity

The GDS Campaign Manager will help Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) program leaders/ program managers bring external and/or internal marketing programs to life by understanding the EY business & marketing strategies, and transforming business priorities into world-class execution and delivery. BMC programs will create measurable impact globally and locally, integrate across sectors and deliver sustainable results. Multi-channel programs can include thought leadership reports and articles, web presence, social media, paid campaigns, events, media outreach, internal communications, webinars, email campaigns and other digital initiatives.

This role requires an experienced, energetic and resilient team player with a good understanding of what it takes to deliver multi-channel marketing programs in a complex environment. Working closely in an agile team, the successful candidate will be required to understand the capabilities of the current GDS teams and manage BMC expectations by building relationships and collaborating closely within the BMC team and client-serving subject matter experts.

The Campaign Manager will also need to have hands-on experience managing the execution of a campaign. From creating the timeline to managing the budget to working on different campaign channels like social media, digital, event and print to consolidating and analysing the campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaignmanagement: Combine knowledge of project management,marketing tactics, the EY business and our customer base in order to create andmaintain project plans for BMC’s most critical multi-channel (clientdeliverables, ads, social media, etc.) thematic campaigns and other socialmedia campaigns.

  • Set up projectand governance structure: Determine available time, budget, and resources foreach program, and track its status, in order to help your team meet deadlinesand achieve their set goals.

  • Manageresources involved in campaign delivery (Global Delivery Services, third-party vendors,etc.) to achieve desired results.

  • Holdstakeholders accountable to tasks and deadlines.

  • Socialmedia: Collaborate with the design team on socialmedia advertising artwork to ensure that it is compelling and meets brandstandards, communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status, post on socialmedia through a unified platform and report on campaign performance.

  • Webpresence: Update web pages and promotional spots usingour content management system and track performance.

  • Communication:Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographiesand functions (Business development, Markets, Talent, Finance, etc.). Conductregular meetings with your team, present progress reports, and analyze theresults of completed campaigns.

  • Budgeting:Manage overall and campaign specific budgets, including organizing invoicing, trackingspends in Excel and advising on any deviations from plan.

  • Campaignoptimization and reporting: Support and advance continuous adcampaign optimization efforts including analyzing campaign results, gleaninginsights for future testing. Create status overview and performance reporting forBMC programs and projects for various executive stakeholders.

  • Adhoc request management/execution: Support the BMC team in otheradministrative tasks related to programs.

  • Campaign management skills and knowledge, hands-onmarketing experience, organization and prioritization skills, and attention todetail. Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly thekey priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings andour clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.

  • Manage multiple campaigns/programs under tightdeadlines and maintain attention to detail.

  • Team player with a knack to motivate the teamto deliver programs within a stipulated timeframe

  • Ability to bridge any gap between the BMCexpectations and the GDS capabilities

  • Develop and apply creative solutions tocomplex issues.

  • Apply excellent English communication skills -oral and written.

  • Gather stakeholder feedback to generatemeaningful, actionable information that helps drive change and campaignimprovements.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Required -

  • Abachelor's degree

  • 9+ years of total B2B marketing experience inprofessional services or similar industries

  • 4 years’experience in end-to-end campaign management, from managing businessrequirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between.

  • Excellentwritten, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and/orprojects at a global level

  • High level of networking, team building andstakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Technical skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, includingExcel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Tableau, Adobe web platform,Adobe analytics/webtrends/Google analytics, Sprinklr/Hootsuite, Sysomos, anyeMail marketing tool, Google Adwords,

  • Experience with digital marketing analyticsincluding analyzing digital ad and social media performance

  • Desired–

  • An MBAwith a major in Marketing or a MS (Marketing)
