Global Compliance and Reporting is an integrated suite of Tax and Accounting services that EY provides to our multinational clients. GCR offers the ease of managing compliance & regulatory filings by:

  • Taking care of the complexity of regulatoryaffairs across multiple jurisdiction

  • Centrally managing the global compliance andreporting activities

  • Controlling the cost of managing complianceacross various countries

Your key responsibilities

As a creative professional, you will produce comprehensive, creative, and brand compliant designs as well as consistent layouts for printable or electronic client deliverables/files such as presentations, flyers, brochures, reports, etc. You will also perform basic conceptualization of ideas as basis for individual layouts, and manage routine design projects from concept through production.

Skillsand attributes for success

  • Effectivelycreating layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images andfonts, allowing good readability at the same time utilizing styles, master pages and templates

  • Remaining up-to-date with graphic software tools and equipment required of the position,such as PowerPoint (most important), Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, Acrobat etc.

  • Working with internal software add-ins to create tailor-made and brand compliantoutput.

  • Maintaining awareness of "state-of-the-art" techniques, equipment, best practicesand developments within the design community.

  • Relating design work to the clients’ business needs and specific instructions.

  • Maycross-train in additional design disciplines to provide flexibility during peaktimes.

  • Effectivelyprioritizing work and can work on time-critical requests

  • Understanding,implementing, and strictly adhering to the quality standards and proceduresestablished by EY, including CDS standards and guidelines.

Toqualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’sDegree

  • Atleast 2 years of related document design & formatting experience

  • Professionalskills in MS PowerPoint and Word

  • Fluentcommunication in English, combined with interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Excellentwork ethic and the ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment

  • Abilityto plan, prioritize and organize workefficiently and effectively

Ideally,you must also have:

  • Skilledin Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  • Relentlessfocus on the customer service
