The Opportunity:

People Advisory Services (PAS) provides corporate clients with an effective and efficient set of integrated offerings solving their most pertinent people related business challenges. Currently, the GDS provides PAS international mobility services to various EY practice offices and clients around the world.

The Engagement Management Services (EMS) is a work stream of PAS in GDS that provides a standard methodology for coordinating the administration of Global Mobility services. The main objective is to provide Information Management, Coordination, Account Management services globally and locally to PAS groups within EY. The primary role of an Analyst is to process the information provided by various teams from across EY, clients and third parties, analyze information, process the data and ensure accuracy of deliverables.

Job Purpose

An Assistant Manager will lead teams of Analysts and Seniors and be responsible for client service delivery for a particular geography, area or specialization. Reporting in to a Manager or Senior Manager, they will assist the management team in developing and coaching team members as well as ensuring that resources are deployed effectively

Client Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues

  • Sign simple to moderate tax returns

  • Explore opportunities to bring more work to the GTH and to EY by consistently providing high quality work

  • Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager involvement

  • Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams

  • Help Senior Managers and Managers with advisory and ad-hoc projects

  • Develop engagement and financial management skills

  • Contribute process improvement ideas leading to higher quality service delivery to the client

  • Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources across assignments and teams
