1 – 2 years experience of full end to end payroll processing experienceacross Oceania and ASEAN (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) preferred

Specific duties/responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end to end payrollprocessing for multiple clients including year-end.

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering/uploadingdata.

  • Updates payroll records by entering changes incomponents e.g. but not limited exemptions, insurance coverage, savingsdeductions, and job titles and department/division transfers.

  • Prepares/extracts payroll reports by compilingsummaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxablewages.

  • Determines payroll liabilities by calculatingemployee federal and state income and social security taxes and other statutorypayments as required.

  • Resolves payroll discrepancies/queries bycollecting and analyzing information.

  • Analyses payroll information so as to answerquestions and requests.

  • Maintains payroll operations by followingpolicies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

  • Maintains employee confidence and protectspayroll operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishingrelated results as needed.

  • Adhoc reporting and other duties as required

TechnicalSkills and Qualifications:

  • Data Entry Skills

  • General Math Skills

  • Strong communications skills, written andverbal

  • A high level of accuracy and attention todetail, thoroughness

  • Good team-playing skills

  • Clear and logical thinking

  • A respect for confidentiality

  • Payroll related diploma/certificate will beadvantageous, but not necessary

  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multipledeadlines

  • Previous payroll experience in high volume,full function payroll

  • Experience using large ERP system will beadvantageous but not essential

  • Intermediated to advanced Excel skills
