Senior Pursuit Enablement Coordinator | EY GDS Philippines

The GDS Markets team specializes in account management activities, supporting pursuits and go-to-market projects, and providing operational support to the Global Markets organization. We are a 400+ strong team, spread across GDS Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Manila and Wroclaw Centers. Your primary function as a Senior Pursuit Enablement Coordinator is to provide end-to-end support to onshore pursuit teams in all the stages of bid management process, which will be involving pre-RFP, RFP response and post-RFP phase. The range of activities include project management, research, review, and analytical support throughout the bid management cycle.
Your key responsibilities
Strategic Pursuit and Opportunity Management
Realize small projects / sub-projects throughout the pursuit process, e.g., development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages
Source information from relevant internal sources and teams etc.
Drafting of standard sections of the proposal/RFP response using standard templates and best practice proposal materials
Collation of CV/teambook
Project management of pursuits/proposals
Strategic Pursuit Communications
Manage the update of content in pursuits terminals/SharePoint sites including generic proposals, service line presentations and workbooks based on input from the Pursuit Teams
Help update client presentations and proposals with content from research and input from our teams
Administration and Reporting
Responsible for archiving and maintaining repository of Regional, Market Segment or Service Line client-facing collateral as appropriate
Assist with reporting and quality control procedures for client-facing collateral
Coordinate support services, as required
Skills and attributes for success
Can effectively handle routine tasks, including follow-up, and ability to respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating the concerns to Pursuits Enablement leadership as and when required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines which are essential for a fast-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate best work practices within department and among other teams
Exhibit innovative thinking and flexible approach while managing out-of-scope requests
Excellent customer service skills including telephone, skype and e-mail support
To qualify for the role you must have
Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and listening)
4 -6+ years of Pursuits Strategy/Bid or Proposal Management experience
Good project management, coordination and negotiation skills
Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in commercial/business related disciplines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in a large Global organization
Experience with SharePoint
