You will help businesses realize the value from their IT investments supporting strategy, improving the customer experience and driving growth. As part of a high-performing team, you will provide support our clients with technology-driven transformations related to value creation, digitization, new operating model structures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Your key responsibilities
You will lead projects, either as stand-alone or elements of multiple client engagements. You will provide leadership, manage and motivate teams with diverse skillsets, deliver quality client service, and demonstrate technical capabilities and knowledge. Managers are expected to maintain long-term client relationships and networks to cultivate business development and future sales.

To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with approximately 3+ years of relevant consulting experience
Approximately 5+ years of experience with end-to-end IT delivery
Proven delivery skills, including the ability to scope/size a project; staff an appropriate team, provide subject-matter direction and guidance; manage communications with the project sponsors and the delivery of a work stream
Experience applying structured problem-solving skills and strategy consulting frameworks into work products
Ability to work with limited data points and information to generate hypothesis and strategic recommendations
Experience integrating a variety of IT solutions into a strategic roadmap and transformation blueprint
Experience in scheduling and delivering implementations that include multiple components with tight interdependencies between these components
Broad knowledge of IT and how technology enables business through effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline
Commitment to developing resources by providing effective performance feedback and making sure responsibilities are consistent with individual’s skills and goals
Ability to travel to domestic and international client sites as much as 80% to 100% of a work week
In addition to the above, we require experience in at least one of the following areas:
