LearningTechnology Specialist, Senior Associate
Job Summary:
Researches, evaluates and recommends learning tools (and enhancements to existing learning tools) to support the firm’s learning agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Interacts with variousstakeholders across the Learning team to understand the needs for learningtools and technologies.
Researches andrecommends the latest on learning tools and technologies, based upon the needsof the business
Interacts with globalIT to understand the roadmap for global learning tools, and how these impactthe needs of the US firm
Provides process andsupport for changes in technologies, which includes learning delivery supportand interacting with various IT groups to resolve issues
Creates and maintainsproject/program documentation (reporting, meeting minutes, status updates,etc.).May create project plans andtimelines to manage project/program components and deliverables.
Communicates progress,barriers, risks and benefits to team members and clients, to achieve projectsuccess
Facilitates solutionsacross projects/programs requiring ongoing working relationships. Examples mayinclude identifying process improvements, and working to establish efficientprocesses across multiple groups
Analyze and makerecommendations on learning tools and systems; for example, tools to supportwebcasts, or tools to capture attendance in classroom learning environments
Analyze EY’s globallearning tools and identify opportunities for improvement; for example,enhancements to EY’s global Learning Management System
Qualifications, education and certification:
2-4 years of relevantwork experience
Bachelor’s degree orequivalent experience
Knowledge of the firm’s(and learners’) needs for learning tools and systems
Strong team worker withability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
Strong communicationskills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across theorganization
Attention to detail
English language skills- excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to workindependently
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Knowledge of learningmanagement systems (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, SABA) and/orlearning collaboration tools (e.g. ThinkTank, ZoomRoom, WebEx)
