The opportunity

The role will lead the vision, strategy and delivery of multiple projects, while maximizing growth for individuals on project teams. You will understand the needs of our clients and their customers, and translate those needs into clear, actionable and creative strategies. You will define the conceptual direction for projects and collaborate across disciplines to ensure the delivery of compelling and usable solutions.

Your leadership will stretch from clients to teams: you will provide increasing levels of responsibility and identify opportunities for people to acquire new skills.

Your key responsibilities

As Product Management Lead, you will present and discuss the company's project deliverables, services and capabilities to prospective clients in a way that reflects the brand, culture and philosophy of the firm. You will work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our consumer products and retail clients solve some of their most pressing issues and identify opportunities for change and improvements. Working in diverse and inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you will deliver innovative high-quality work products. You will be an advocate in the strategic vision and design process of projects, helping with the overall experience, transformation, digital strategy and execution.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree and at least six years of work experience in strategy, product management, product design or design planning

  • Experience that spans across strategy, business, operations, product and design

  • Experience leading complex digital transformation projects using project management methodologies and processes to deliver on project goals

  • Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, taking an active role in mentoring junior-level consultants

  • A strong track record of outstanding relationship management and ability to work within highly matrixed organizations

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Proven success delivering omni channels and customer experience strategy projects

  • Experience applying lean-agile practices at the enterprise level

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to influence and problem solve
