You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern digital analytics.  We'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how digital analytics can transform and improve their entire organization ' starting with key business issues they face.  This is a high growth, high visibility area with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skillset and build your career. 

*Your key responsibilities  *

There is no such thing as a typical day. You will provide assistance to multiple client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and support business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts through driving better decisions by asking the right business questions and then seek answers in the data.  Our objectives is to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how analytics can transform and improve their entire organization ' starting with key business issues they face.  

Skills and attributes for success

  • Supporting digital analytics engagements and fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

  • Consistently delivering high quality client services

  • Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in the digital analytics domain

  • Remaining current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge

  • Collecting business requirements and asking probing questions in order to fully understand business needs and how they relate to key performance measurements

  • Developing relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs

To qualify for the role you must have

  • BA/BS degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business or related disciplines

  • Significant experience analyzing large online and offline datasets

  • Strong understanding of website tagging methodology

  • Proven experience with web analytics tools 

  • Aptitude to gather business requirements for analytics data gathering and ability to influence the business on collection best practices

  • Capable of executing and maintaining test and QA plans

  • Proven success in project management and facilitate efficient team executions

  • Strong ability to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights

  • A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience using proxy tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, and Wireshark for validation

  • Experience with Tag Management Systems

  • Experience deploying production code via coordinating, co-develop and respond to developer questions

  • Intermediate experience with JavaScript and HTML
