As a member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team you’ll be right at the heart of that goal, helping clients gain insight and context to their complex IAM environments and assessing, improving, and building infrastructure, processes and policies in order to meet the client’s IAM needs. We help clients identify important risks, design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Cybersecurity risk management. As a Cybersecurity professional, you will be addressing client issues such as business performance variability, business and process controls transformation; application and information security controls and technology enablement. . You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients transform Cyber risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance.

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior professional to participate in multiple client engagement teams and related activities.
Our Identity & Access Management (IAM) services assist our clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals by managing who has access to which resources and services, as well as enforcing business, privacy, and security policies. Supported by our strategic alliances with third-party vendors, our experienced professionals can provide broad services including: strategy, assessment, testing, implementation and operations of IAM solutions to drive access transformations.
Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge and work in high performing teams
Possess good business acumen
Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems. Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues, and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations
To qualify, candidates must have:
A bachelor's degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 1-2 years of related work experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in implementing identity management solutions using SailPoint technologies
An understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI
Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to identity and access management
The successful candidate must hold or be willing to pursue related professional certifications such as the CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 60-80%
A valid driver's license in Canada and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-80%.
