We currently have a career opportunity for Manager level resource in the Testing practice of our IT Advisory service line. Candidate will work directly with clients to assess the quality of their systems from a performance standpoint.


  • Expertise in performance/stress/load testing tool using Load Runner or JMeter

  • Collect non-functional requirements and convert them into performance test plans

  • Develop Performance Testing strategy for implementation projects in various industries

  • Work with a team to develop and review data driven performance test scripts to help validate performance of applications and associated integrations with functional requirements in mind

  • Analyze the data gathered from performance tests with an eye towards application performance, availability and capacity with the goals of ensuring the optimal user experience

  • Review the automated scripts as well as test cycles, working closely with the QA & Testing Sr. Specialists to ensure that all test specifications are implemented correctly

  • Defect triaging and prioritization including optimizing fix approach and retesting

Role Requirements


  • Understanding of testing methodologies, deliverables and familiarization with the SDLC

  • 5+ year of experience in a Performance Test lead role

  • 5+ years of Software implementation experience preferably on transformation projects

  • Knowledge on generation and analysis of performance metrics, identification of hot spots, bottlenecks, tuning parameters

  • Good Knowledge of database testing using SQL

  • Consulting experience will be a strong asset


  • Proven methodical thinking and problem solving skills. Pragmatic when needed.

  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, balanced with the ability to make quick decisions.

  • A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.

  • Flexibility to be responsive to client and internal needs.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-80%.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
