Our Advisory Services management consulting team provides comprehensive advisory services through a suite of strategic, outsourcing, and industry-focused operational services to clients. These services help companies around the world evaluate and enhance their positions and business operations.

Strategy & Operations specifically seeks consummate team players with a strong work ethic and excellent consulting skills for the role of Performance Improvement Senior Manager in our Toronto office. These individuals will focus on assisting clients in the area of operational strategy, continuous improvement, operating model design, (including shared services and outsourcing), organization design, post-merger integration, process efficiency, performance management, technology business case analysis, and/or general performance management.


  • Actively participate and drive sales planning and business development

  • Manage project delivery, including supervision of staff and preparation of high quality project reports and deliverables

  • Work within teams to provide valuable insight and high-impact solutions to client issues

  • Develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships

  • Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to the client's business

  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge

  • Participate in the development of industry thought leadership

  • Coach and mentor staff. Foster and innovative and team-oriented work environment

  • Display teamwork, integrity and leadership

To qualify for this challenging and rewarding opportunity, candidates must have:

  • a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field a post graduate degree or relevant professional designation (MBA preferred)

  • Experience servicing clients in Financial Services with a particular emphasis on Life Insurance.a minimum of 8 years experience in industry or with a professional services firm along with a successful track record in the strategic space either as a strategy consultant or a role in industry within strategy planning

  • strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
