We are looking for a Senior Consultant: User-Experience (UX) lead able to understand business requirements including any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. The UX lead will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

Experience : The candidate will need to have gathered atleast 5 years in working experience in a product industry, spearheading consumer engagement and consumer experience. He will also need to have a proven and successful working experience in information architecture, consumer experience design, interaction design, or a similar role for at least 3 years in his 5 years’ experience.

Additionally a suitable candidate will have experience in managing and leading a UX team, playing a senior role either as a Visual designer, Interaction Designer, or UX Researcher. An ideal UX lead will also have a proven and successful record of having delivered an e-commerce project, from the design stage all the way through to its launch.


  • 5 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing solutions for ecommerce projects

  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision

  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders so as to develop an UX that is also practical with constraints of the business/technology solution and project timeline

  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns

  • Expertise in typical UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

  • Design products that work well across a variety of use cases—from mobile to desktop, as well as a wide variety of audiences

  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications

  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval

  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design

  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies

  • Demonstrate strong grasp of current and emerging trends in the UX design industry

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
