Responsibilities

  • To work with the business in assessment of relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with departmental heads

  • Stay informed as to the relevant skills and qualification levels required for Talent for effective performance and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organisation as appropriate

  • To meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement to follow-up as necessary

  • Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers

  • Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning

Requirements

  • Experience of management development and soft skills training

  • Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions

  • Experience of partnering with third parties

  • Budget management experience

  • People/Client Management experience

  • A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications

  • Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences

  • Organised, a self-starter and an inspirational leader of your team

QUALIFICATIONS

HR / L&D / T& D management Certificate or degree/diploma

EXPERIENCE

7-8 years of post qualification experience.
