RPA Level 2 Support Associate

The opportunity

The Level 2 Support associate role participates in the day-to-day support activities with a focus on delivering high quality support that match or exceed expectations. The Support associate understand the escalated issues from level 1 and recommend solutions . The support associate should be working with L3 team to close the issue .The Support associate will report to Enterprise Technology Regional Support Lead - Intelligent Automation and would be also be closely working in adopting new technical capabilities.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work on incidents which is escalated by EY ET Intelligent L1 teams and provide solutions

  • Do code review and recommendation as and when required considering the coding practises being used

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and ensure permanent fix is applied

  • Ensure new technologies are adopted and utilized according to EY standards

  • Provides mentoring and guidance to Level 1 teams

  • Support in enhancing or write Standard Operating Procedures

  • Work closely with L3 Support specialist team to enhance the knowledge thereby reducing the escalation of tickets to L3.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A minimum of 2-4 years in Blue prism development including experience in handling complex projects

  • Designed at least 4-6 processes end-end with Blue Prism technology

  • Ability to quickly analyze Incidents which occur in production environment and fix it

  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure

  • Ability to work in time sensitive and stressful situations with ease and professionalism

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

  • Superior organizational skills in planning and prioritizing own workload and initiatives

  • Flexible to work in shifts and on-on call including weekends

  • Good presentation abilities, both verbal and visual

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate easily with stakeholders

  • RPA Certified in Blue Prism®

  • University degree in IT or business or equivalent

  • Overall 4-6 years of experience which includes development and support experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Development experience in Uipath

  • Blue Prism /Uipath Support experience.

  • Working in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones

  • Experience in creating and working on scripts eg: VBA ,Java, Python etc .

  • Knowledge and exposure to IT Infrastructure ,Network technologies and access management within enterprises.

  • Knowledge of technical considerations and best practices

  • Experience in handling Incidents and Changes in ServiceNow or similar Service Management Software’s

  • Experience in Interfacing with software vendors, suppliers, and professional services in support of automation software’s.
