Advisory Intern / Consultant

The opportunity

You will become a part of an experienced business efficiency improvement team that works to optimise the financial goals or management systems of companies of various industries and scale. You will participate in developing solutions for improving financial and management processes, assist in perfecting organisational structures and management strategies, learn to analyse business processes and models, find weaknesses and things to improve, as well as be able to assess the efficiency of outsourcing for a client.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll be involved at many stages of the project life cycle, making this a high-profile opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities and diversify your skills and experience. It’s all about translating information from a variety of sources into quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform and advise our clients. For example:

  • Assisting in preparing various proposals

  • Analysis of the processes & data

  • Developing methodologies for preparing financial and management reports

  • Developing organizational structures and re-engineering business processes

Skills and attributes for success

  • Advanced analytical thinking

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point

  • Knowledge of English at no lower than upper-intermediate level

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Graduates and last year students

  • Readiness to work full-time

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with databases

  • Completed project examples (presentations, reports, articles)
