Ernst & Young Baltic UAB is looking for

Talent Team Senior

As a Talent Team senior, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of performance projects, compensation & benefits processes and other HR projects in EY Lithuania office. You will be working with executives to ensure all these processes, as well as with the Talent Team colleagues of other Baltic countries. You will also have a chance to participate in various HR initiatives to have a broad overview of the HR processes as well as to have an opportunity to develop as a trusted Talentbusiness advisor to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in HR management

  • Good understanding of HR management scope andProcesses

  • Work experience in HR management IT systems

  • University degree in Economics, BusinessAdministration, Finance, HR Management or related

  • Excellent relationship building skills combined withcritical, analytical thinking

  • Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm

  • Good time-management skills

  • High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English
