EY is looking for a L2 Support !

What do we need from you?

· Cloud Hosting (environment and applications support), SQL DBA (backend, queries, scripts, performance) experience, AD, user identity management/user access, .NET, powershell scripting

· Dedicated L2 function, including

· Field ServiceNow Tickets for EYV from EYV L1 Helpdesk

· Develop effective call management including logging, monitoring / updating, prioritizing and resolving calls in a timely fashion

· Address service requests and resolve incident throughEYVknowledge articles, deployment guides and experience where possible

· Coordinate ticket / incident resolution across functions

· Escalate toEYVL3 role if needed

Shift : Monday to Friday 9-6PM

Location: Microcentro
