EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:

  • Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technologyservices for our clients. It enables EY toidentify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue thoseopportunities more rapidly.

  • Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWT supportsour Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purposetechnology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services.EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a betteruser experience.

  • Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds andmitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our informationmanagement systems.

The Senior SharePoint developer will be responsible for developing creative solutions to challenging issues associated with design, development, and sustaining engineering (including the migration to a DevOps model) for a large customized enterprise SharePoint application. The successfully candidate will possess solid technical abilities, excellent analysis skills, and an excitement and energy for product development and core engineering practices. They will be a self-starter, effective collaborator, and a strong developer providing deep technical expertise in SharePoint design and implementation, SharePoint customization, and optimization. They must be delivery focused, while also exhibiting the ability to work on multiple assignments; exercise good judgment in decision-making; meet deadlines; work independently, demonstrate an attention to detail, and be flexible.

What are you going to do?

  • Participatein Peer Review activities with other groups (DBA / architectures,etc.,)

  • Work witharchitects, project managers, and product managers to define the design ofthe solutions to address business needs and opportunities

  • Responsiblefor mentoring the Development Team. Demonstrated experience building goodrelationships with Key Vendors and closely working with them to understandtheir offerings and roadmaps.

  • Conduct PoCs(Proof of Concept) for MCA (Mission Critical Applications). Lead thedevelopment of SharePoint components (web parts, application pages, pagelayouts, etc.) for enterprise scale Portal, ECM, and Collaborationsolutions

  • Define theand follow the SDLC promotion processes (Dev -> Test -> Staging-> Production). Most of the time, He / She needs to prepares ADS(Automated Deployment Script)

  • Understandingof multiple access and authentication models such as NTLM, Kerberos,Claims-based, ADFS, SSL, card services, TMG, UAG, etc.

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum often (10) years of experience as solution developer/Lead forSharePoint based projects.

  • Minimum of 3years current "hands-on" development experience with SharePointin both on-premises and O365.

  • Minimum oftwo years developing business workflow solutions using third partyworkflow solutions such as Nintex Workflow.

  • Minimum fouryears of experience with "hands-on" development ofAngularJS/React based projects on the SharePoint platform

  • Minimum threeyears of "hands-on" experience with writing provider hosted appsusing .NET, SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM) and REST APIs

  • Minimum of 1year with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft SQLServer Integration Services (SSIS) is a must. Microsoft SQL ServerAnalytical Services (SSAS) experience with SharePoint BusinessIntelligence tools

  • Extensiveexperience in working with third party tools with SharePoint 2013/2016 andO365.

  • Providetechnical impact assessment of application requirements

  • In-depthknowledge of SharePoint services, Site templates/definitions, masterpages, page layouts, JavaScript, jQuery, list/library, web parts, sandboxsolutions, client object model, REST API, Search setup, security,throttling and performance tuning

  • Experiencewith Power shell, SharePoint Designer and other SharePoint productivitytools.

  • ActiveDirectory Server implementation and AD Sync (for on-premise to o365)experience

  • Experiencewith customizing Search center, writing KQL queries and using search RESTAPIs
