Leaning Deployment Consultant- Partner and Leadership Development
As a valued member of our Learning team you will be supporting the team with effective coordinationand implementation of Learning events and activities across EY.
Our growing team is looking for someone to assist the Talent Development Team with the effective coordination and deployment of Learning and Career Development courses and initiatives across Oceania with a focus on Partner and Leadership Development Programs
Your key responsibilities
You will support the deployment of cross service line Leadership Development Program (e.g Global NextGen), which involves setting key dates, managing external providers, communicating and connecting with participants & sponsors, communicating with key stakeholders in the Talent team and the business and regular reporting whilst working closely with the Program Manager. You will also work closely with Asia-Pacific Global NextGen team in deployment of the Global NextGen program in Oceania and work closely with the Oceania Partner Development Leader to support other coaching programs such as Momentum for our first year partners, DAP (Direct Admit Partner Program), LEAD and Mobility coaching. You will be involved in the coordination of all associated course and class logistics: room bookings, catering, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program materials, setting up classrooms on the day of learning etc. You will be supporting the Partner Development Lead in the management of coaching assignments and associated coaching bookings
To qualify for the role you must have
Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Internet
Advanced knowledge of excel for reporting requirements
Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience
Organisational and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to build, develop and positively influence client and provider relationships
Proactive approach to work
Effective oral and written communication
Ability to manage work and programs according to budgets
Ideally, you’ll also have
Flexible and adaptable to change
Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours by participating in team meetings and events
Some understanding of adult learning principles
