Our PeopleAdvisory Services department in Antwerp is looking for a Senior Consultant to reinforce their National and International Employment lawand Social Security team .

As a senior consultant you will :
Provide services in the area of national and international employment law, national and international social security and business immigration
Work both on advisory projects and on compliance matters.
Work closely with our tax, our talent and our HR advisory colleagues
Assist the engagement manager in the organization of the client work and in keeping oversight on the volume and quality of the work of our junior consultants.
Handle engagements involving:
domestic and international employment law: all staff-related consulting, such as hiring of staff, individual and collective dismissals, employment agreements, company policies and international assignments
domestic and international social security such as providing advice on social security treatment or international secondment.
compensation and benefits: HR policy matters development and review, legal aspects of reward projects such as flexible reward schemes, IP compensation, design and implementation of bonus schedules,...
social inspections and performing due diligence in the framework of merger and acquisitions
Contribute to a positive team environment.
You have a master degree in Law & preferably an additional degree in Social Law
You have at least 3-4 years of experience in Social Law
You have preferably experience in a similar function
You have strong language skills (Dutch & English, French is a great asset) & are a good communicator
You want to become a trusted business advisor and an expert in national and international social security and labor law
You are a team player, confident communicator and demonstrate drive and determination
You have a commercial feeling
