The opportunity
The selected candidate will:
accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet customer needs
responsible for client relationships across their span of control within CT Managed Services Delivery
responsible for the relationships with the clients on EY managed services landscape.
report to the Service Management leadership in CT Managed services delivery
Your key responsibilities
Maintain end-to-end accountability for client satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific managed service offerings/engagement.
Responsible for coordinating the firm’s provision of services to clients.
Assist top management in the development of service plans and policies.
Ensure that such plans and policies are followed in delivering services to clients.
Ensure highest level of operational service to clients by coordinating the activities of the service delivery teams across all areas of services.
Drive execution of service management, change control, and continuous improvements, to ensure client satisfaction, cost minimization and profit maximization.
Manage customers’ complaints/inquiries and work towards offering solutions. Also, continuously improving the delivery model and service delivery strategy.
Interact with deal teams and architects to transition the clients’ business processes and effectively manage the day to day operations.
Skills and attributes for success
Must be able to work effectively within a matrix organization – balancing the needs of the Client, Service Lines, Global Managed Services and Client Technology organizations
Must be able to identify appropriate service offerings to meet the client’s needs
Must make decisions, such as prioritize relationships to develop, negotiate with clients and overcome obstacles efficiently
Demonstrate, by example, in-depth knowledge of the service management industry best practices
Manage multiple teams to deliver services in alignment with customer needs with transparency to CT Managed services and client stakeholders.
Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible
Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively
To qualify for the role, you must have
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related field.
Certifications on ITIL V3/V4 (at least foundation level)
Project/delivery management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
15+ years of enterprise software development project and service delivery.
Proven track record of delivering a collection projects and products for a portfolio size of $5M - $10M
15+ years of project/service delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment
Proven Agile DevOps delivery excellence and ability of successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global and regional level alike.
Strong knowledge on service management framework such as ITIL (a minimum of foundation level certification in ITIL V3 or V4 - preferred)
Strong leadership qualities with a passion for building high performing teams and successfully lead large, diverse, distributed and virtual teams.
Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners.
Ability to highlight and drive issues from identification to resolution.
Flexibility to work during off hours to engage with the team in US.
Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and able to deliver within very exact timelines.
Creative and analytical problem solving.
Possess knowledge of security & privacy measure.
Sophisticated presentation skills.
Hands-on experience on project/delivery costing & finance.
Demonstrable ability to lead to targets and meet cost constraints.
Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
Drives operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality
Building trust with senior stakeholders in times of pressure.
Excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholders
Ability to manage risk, and encourage strategic risk management-based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively
Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps
Good financial and people leadership skills
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Ideally, you’ll also have
Limited travelling requirements - international and domestic travel.
Hands-on experience in any of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS shall be preferred.
Knowledge on topics like Data Analytics, Enterprise Data Strategy & Machine Learning good to have.
