Now we are looking for a digital-savvy Communications Specialist with excellent writing skills to join our Brand, Marketing and Communications team in Finland. Seize the opportunity and apply by 25 th of April 2021!

The opportunity

Your role will consist for example of the production and localization of multi-channel content in Finnish and English to support our strategic targets. EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets. As a Communications Specialist, your role is supporting our purpose by creating compelling communications to our internal and external audiences on how we build a better working world. With wide variety of communication tasks and responsibilities, this is a role with multiple opportunities for personal development as a communications professional!

Your key responsibilities

  • To plan, produce and localize content for multi-channel communications in Finnish and English for marketing, communications and PR campaigns and projects in line with the company strategy.

  • Support Employer Branding team with content creation and storytelling.

  • To drive the development of internal communications and employee engagement.

  • Support Head of PR with media relations, social media management, issues management, and the strategic development of external communications.

  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.

  • Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.

  • Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.

Skills and attributes for success

We are looking for a digital-savvy communications specialist with excellent writing skills in Finnish and English. We appreciate ability to create content for all media platforms and especially knowledge of B2B social media activation and marketing. A work experience from communications agency or e.g. from a tech company would be a great background for this role.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or similar.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience from communications agency, journalism or B2B environment, e.g. from a tech company.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Strong content production skills for all media platforms.

  • Ability to use storytelling and message delivery in engaging ways to a variety of audiences.

  • Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English is required.

  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive ways of working, ability to meet deadlines and teamwork skills will help greatly to succeed in your role.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience from social media campaigns, activation and marketing.

  • Experience in copywriting or translating.

  • Swedish or other Scandinavian language skills.
