The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services, you will engage in various projects and duties:

  • Deliver client projects related to mainly incentive plan design and implementation

  • Develop KPI metrics

  • Total rewards concept design and implementation

  • Support in job evaluation and architecture design and implementation

  • HR transaction preparations, HR due diligence, IPO readiness evaluation, day 1 readiness and integration planning and execution

  • Performance management process evaluation and improvement in relation to rewards

Your key responsibilities

You’ll have responsibility for client engagements and acting as a project manager and having responsibility of communicating with clients on daily practical matters. You will also internally guide and support other team members in client projects. We expect you to be actively in touch with clients creating a positive, high quality environment for project delivery as well as independently cooperate with client HR team and leadership teams to review reward and incentive plans. You will develop experience and skills of advising on M&A transaction preparations and post deal integration matters.

Your tasks include preparing client proposals and creating effective ways and material to communicate incentive and benefits plans. You will also benchmark executive remuneration and incentive plans.

In addition, you’ll participate in various internal development projects such as International level collaboration on different topics.

Skills and attributes for success

You have a mathematical mindset, proven skills and feel comfortable dealing with numbers. You have attention to detail, analytical and excel skills. You have willingness to become professional in project management and eagerness to learn to lead and develop a team. You have the ability to follow deadlines and expectations as well as strong communication skills in front of customer.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A relevant degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Human Resources or Behavioral sciences)

  • Excellent oral and written English and Finnish skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Hands on experience with statistics

  • Swedish and/or German language skills
