Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

· Performance Management System (PMS)

  1. Continuous improvement of PMS implementation.

  2. Quality in employees’ accomplishment of PMS cyclical processes.

  3. Supplementary program initiatives on PMS.

· Learning Strategic Planning

  1. Business leader stakeholder and relationship management.

  2. Planning, prioritization and alignment to global Firm Learning and business strategy.

  3. Adoption and deployment of Firm’s global curricula and accommodation of specific local requirements.

  4. Training budgeting (including leading and influencing the process).

  5. Oversight of end-to-end Learning processes.

· Define Learning and Develop Local Learning

  1. Identifying skill needs and task analysis.

  2. Learning solution planning in line with local business priorities.

  3. Coordinate design support of Subject Matter Experts.

  4. Ensure content designed to Firm standards.

· Learning Deployment and Facilitation

  1. Learning deployment strategy and planning.

  2. Operational budget management and administration.

  3. Instructor management and administration.

  4. Facilitation preparation, learning facilitation and evaluation.

· Learning Administration

  1. Instructor management system.

  2. Learning logistics management.

  3. Training events management and post-course administration.

  4. Tracking of Firm talents’ training compliance.

  5. Defining and maintaining key performance indicators of the Learning delivery.


· Graduate of Education, HR Management or Psychology, preferably with Masteral degree

· 10-12 years of HR work experience with major exposure on Performance Management System and Training Design & Development

· 5 years of managerial work in Talent Development function

· Employment history with services companies (non-manufacturing), preferably in professional services organizations or financial services companies (e.g., banking)

· High proficiency in written and oral English

· Personal Qualification:

  • Track record of leadership and proven analytical capability

  • Ability to relate well with executives and senior people

  • Team player and hands-on worker

  • Proactive and able to take appropriate initiatives

  • Ability to work under pressure
