Job Description:

  • Perform secretarial duties

  • Act as a personal assistant to an assigned Partner

  • Manage and maintain administration job

  • Perform work assigned by others. Provide time/ resource / estimates for assigned tasks including time tracking activities where appropriate and in accordance with company guidelines

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree, with Secretarial or equivalent major from reputable universities.

  • 4 - 5 years of experiences is preferable

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to communicate both written / oral in English fluently
