The opportunity

Are you passionate about managing websites, and creating an engaging, stellar user experience? EY is seeking a skilled and ambitious website editor to own and manage its Ireland site (ey.com/ie). The successful candidate will play an integral role in the structure, management and content optimization of our website. You’ll edit and manage content based on business priorities and work closely with the global team to create a high-quality user experience through up-to-date, on-brand content.

This role will encompass page-building within our CMS, and mapping user journeys and touchpoints in line with our marketing strategy. Previous website management and SEO experience is crucial for this role. A commercial background is desirable. Within EY, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, and make your mark both locally and globally with your contribution to best practice. The role

  • Manage, edit, optimize and maintain all content on ey.com/ie, with support from our page-building team

  • Plan a publishing calendar of global and local thought leadership content and campaigns

  • Manage the site taxonomy and structure

  • Report on website and campaign performance using data and analysis

  • Oversee and amplify relationships between the site and social media platforms

  • Ensure EY adheres to all privacy and cookie policies and that the site is up to date

  • Contribute to digital transformation projects, such as the new intranet, with our global team

  • Participate in our global professional community of editors to keep improving our sites

The Ideal candidate will have proven abilities in:

  • Managing websites that effectively support business objectives

  • Editing and optimizing contact for search

  • Optimizing user journeys for a nimble exprience (preferable B2B, but not essential

  • Gaining support for the site strategies and editorial standards from senior stakeholders

  • Managing content-based projects and campaigns

  • Working as part of a team and independently - both virtually and in person

  • Data analysis and communiating findings to help improve performance

  • Using relevant applications and technologies (exprience of AEM, Adome Analytics and Marketo would be advantageous).
