Inorder to support the growth of our Financial Services Advisory Department, weare currently looking to recruit a:
Manager / Senior Manager in AlternativesAdvisory (m/f)
Your responsibilitieswill be amongst the following:
Leading operational excellence projects and businessanalysis projects around regulatory and operational topics in the AlternativeInvestment Fund business (Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds)
Reviewing and optimizing operating models
Leading and providing project management to largeand complex projects
Contributing to the growth of the advisorydepartment by executing sales initiatives and account management
Leading and coaching of the teams
Master degree with aspecialization in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or IT
Atleast 5-6 years of relevant work experience with a consulting firm, audit firm,service provider and/or a software provider for Alternative Investment Funds.For the Senior Manager role you have at least 7 years of relevant workexperience.
Deepknowledge of the Alternative Investment sector (operations, organization,IT)
Excellent understanding ofapplicable regulatory framework and compliance issues for Alternative InvestmentFunds (i.e. AIFMD, UCITS IV/V)
Knowledge of leading FundAdministration application (e.g. Investran, Equitrack, FrontInvest, MRI,Yardi, Geneva) is an advantage
Strong project management skills
Fluency in English is mandatory.French and/or German would be preferable with any other language being anadvantage
Strong operational experience& IT-affinity
Excellent presentation andcommunication skills, interpersonal skills and personal maturity
Good coaching skills, teamspirit, problem-solving attitude, pro-activity and autonomy are keysuccess factors in our practice.
