I n order to continue the expansion of our Supply Chain and Operations Advisory practice, we are currently searching for a permanent position a:

Senior Consultant - Manufacturing Excellence (m/f)

Job summary:

Within Supply Chain and Operations Advisory you will be integral part of the teams to identify cost reduction and shop floor efficiency improvement plans for our manufacturing client base.

We propose you to join our Supply Chain and Operations Advisory practice and to work on transformation projects in a challenging and motivating environment.

Your responsibilities:

· Delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects with a focus on manufacturing excellence

· Working with client organizations to enhance shop floor performance through the implementation of TPM, Lean SixSigma and other manufacturing improvement tools

· Assistance to the project Manager in delivering proposals and projects

· Supervision of junior staff

· Building relationships with external clients and internal peers

· Working in a fast growing and challenging environment with like-minded people

· Developing solutions through debate and discussion, in our teams and with clients

· Working in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions

· Prioritizing objectives and contributing to project planning and status reporting

· Anticipating and identifying risks and raising issues with senior members of the team

· Working in multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of high quality services, consistently and with proven global methodologies and tools.

Your profile:

· Master's degree or equivalent certification in (Industrial) Engineering or Economics (with a focus on Operations Management); MBA will be considered an asset

· A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage

· 3-4 years of professional experience in Lean Manufacturing, SixSigma, Maintenance, Line Management, Production Control

· Tactical and process oriented problem-solving

· Strong commitment to professional client service excellence

· Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

· Superior verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

· A willingness to travel internationally to meet client needs

· You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be preferred as any other language would be an advantage
