You will take over a central role in our HR team and act as privileged contact person for a dedicated population, acting as a change agent and managing deployment of people initiatives and programs within the allocated Service Line.
You will assure successful introduction and monitoring of our people and will be the HR champion in the performance management process.
Among your daily tasks, you will build and maintain influential relationships based on trust with your dedicated population to ensure effective collaboration.
You will provide and analyze periodic reports and statistics, participate in HR projects with local and international teams within the international EY network, represent EY Luxembourg in HR initiatives in the international EY network and coach other members of the HR Business Partner team, reporting directly to the HR Director.
Skills and attributes for success
You have Master Degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR or Labor Law and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within an international customer driven company.
You have a thorough knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, HR policies, processes and regulations.
In terms of languages, you are fluent in English and French, German or any other language would be considered as an asset.
A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Working experience with SAP HRIS would be considered an asset.
We look to fin on you excellent business acumen, capacity to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment to anticipate the teams needs.
Strong customer service culture is needed for the deployment of the role.
Finally you will need to be well organized, flexible, and to have excellent communication skills, being passionate about HR, teaming, communicative and an integrative person.
