We arecurrently looking to recruit in our Human Resources team a:

Senior HR Learning& Development Coordinator (m/f)

You will be part of the Human Resources team, working on Learning & Development projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifylearning needs

  • Liaise with internal and external servicesproviders in the context of training organization

  • Act as project manager to implement trainingcurriculum andinsure module delivery

  • Organizeand coordinate logistical aspects and administrative follow up

  • Be responsible for the training budget and costmonitoring together with the L&D Manager, ensuring that all related tasksare properly and timely delivered by the L&D Team

  • Coordinate with the team for the elaboration ofreports to the Ministry in order to obtain subsidies for professional education

  • Ensure regular reporting towards the HR Management

  • Provide support in different HR projects

Your profile:

  • Youhave completed your Master degree in Human Resources, Business/Economics orProject Management

  • Youhave a minimum of2 yearsof experience in HR, ideally in the field ofLearning & Development

  • Previousexperience in budget controlling would be an asset

  • Youknow how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment inorder to anticipate your work load

  • Youare well organized, detailed-oriented, a flexible team worker and able tomanage stressful situations

  • Youare a positive thinker, progress oriented, team player and have excellentcommunication skills

  • You havea thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Youare fluent in English and French; additional language skills such as German orLuxembourgish are an asset
