Our capabilities in this field encompass all areas of intercompany finance including loan pricing, structured finance and treasury services.
In order to continue the expansion of our Transfer Pricing department, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant (m/f)
As a Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant, you'll thoroughly and accurately analyze information, apply economic/ financial knowledge to client situations and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances. Subsequently, you'll take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans. You'll also develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas through timely and responsive services/ work products and identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services. In addition, you'll prepare documentation and participate in Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).
Managing the work of client service team members and participating in, and contributing to, attaining team goals will also be essential in your role. As an influential member of the team, you'll demonstrate a commitment to high quality in all aspects of your work. You will also help to create a positive learning culture and coach and counsel junior team members to help them develop and grow.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team advising our clientele of large corporate multinationals.
You will be responsible for high quality delivery of transfer pricing advice and solutions to major financial transactions, ensuring risk management.
You will conduct regular economic analysis pursuant to the preparation of transfer pricing reports, including responsibility for gathering the data.
You will work on the preparation of relevant transfer pricing reports and benchmarking analysis.
You will assist with on-going Advance Pricing Arrangements.
You will research relevant issues, maintaining awareness of available know-how and taking responsibility for being up to date with relevant changes to legislation.
You will contribute your know-how and knowledge to the department with a good understanding of OECD guidelines.
You will assist in the pitch process and with general marketing e.g. publications and/or events.
You will also be involved in relevant ad hoc projects as and when required.
You hold a Masters or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or similar.
You have 2 – 4 years of working experience in Transfer Pricing in a similar position.
You have strong knowledge and understanding of transfer pricing concepts, including transfer of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods and other financial transactions.
You demonstrate strong financial analysis skills and an excellent command of the most commonly used databases (LoanConnector, Amadeus, Bloomberg, OneSource)
You have strong technical skills, including assisting project managers in performing functional analyze interviews to identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactions, designing and developing financial models and writing local company transfer pricing documentation and planning studies.
You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.

You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be preferable with any other language being an advantage.
