Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Understand technical designs and/or high-level designs and translate them into high quality code

· Create and execute unit test plans

· Translate high-level designs into thorough and detailed technical designs

· Create code packages for deployment to the offshore team

· Provide defect support by supplying defect fixes

· Review deliverables to ensure quality of output, completeness of deliverables and development standards are in place

· Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis

Experience:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience working on Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)

· Experience doing development using Java, Configuration Tools, SQL and/or COBOL

· Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (O

· Experience on development of Oracle CC&B components such as interface enhancements, customizations, reports and integration is a plus

· Experience with other OUAF applications such as: Work Asset Management (WAM), Meter Data Management (MDM), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) is plus

· Experience of working on tools and/or solutions using Oracle CC&B framework, XML/BI Publisher, Java, COBOL, PLSQL, Java scripting

Competencies / Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent technical skills

· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Education

• College graduate preferably with a degree in Computer Science
