Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Proficient in development, technical design, unit test scripts based on functional design documents

  • Pursue prescribed coding standards during development work

  • Prepare quality deliverables as per designated project timelines

  • Assist business user during design/FUTs/UATs

  • Prepare unit test cases for technical components

  • For support engagements, support end users in resolving the reported incidents within prescribed SLA

  • Work in shifts to support client support engagements

  • Work with offshore, client, onsite teams as part of the project

  • Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis

  • Support Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting issues faced during implementation and/or support - investigate, analyse and solve technical issues.

Experience in some of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PS, PP, PM

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Reports, ALV. User Exits, Enhancements, Smart forms, SAP Scripts

  • Module pool programming, BADI, BAPI, Function Modules

  • Knowledge in OOPS. BDC, Implementing SAP notes. LSMW

  • Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

  • At least 2 full life cycle implementation (end to end)

Additional / Niche Skills: (working experience in Minimum One Skillset below).

  • CRM technical / SAP HANA / Mobility / PI-PO /Web-dynpro

Good to have:

  • Technical Upgrade Experience / Experience in SPDD/SPAU conflict resolution

  • Worked in Onsite-Offshore model / compliant to CMMI

  • Onsite Experience, Client facing Experience

Competencies / Skills:

  • Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers

  • Team member experience with good interpersonal skills and team player capability

  • Self-motivator and result oriented to complete task as per timelines

  • Must be an individual contributor (Capable of doing complex developments & handling quality deliverables)

  • Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
