Advisory Consultant

Performance Improvement services where EY is providing independent service and the preparation towards service improvement to our clients where EY services can be used by our clients to build confidence and systematic process with their customers, the general market/public, key stakeholders or when regulatory (by law or oversight) or contractually required

Engagements focus on performance improvement and/or evaluation of IT systems and the mitigation of IT-related business

Engagements may be either ORACLE/SAP/PEOPLE SOFT/DNA/RPA advisory in nature, and vary considerably in size and complexity

Key responsibilities:

  • Provideguidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performingprocedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues

  • Workwith the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagementobjectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards andaddresses the performance improvement needs in the engagement

  • Briefthe engagement team on the client's IT environment and industry IT trends

  • Maintainrelationships with client management to manage expectations of service,including work products, timing, and deliverables

  • Demonstratea thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to clientsituations

  • Useextensive knowledge of the client's business/industry to identify technologicaldevelopments and evaluate impacts on the client's business

  • Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations

  • Use extensive knowledge of the client's business/industry to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business
