Your key responsibilities
As a part of a team, you will act as a process expert and area specialist in order to provide consistent, high quality services. Your main duties will be :
We will expect you to develop subject matter expertise on various queries from EY users regarding documentation of services and detailed researches on given issues
You will be in relation with EY customers.
You will be in charge of customers referencing, the deposit of EY invoices on Client’s portal which will facilitate payment of EY services
You will be in relation with internal and external customers in order to deploy the process of dematerialization of invoices. You will be responsible for promoting EY solution and encouraging customers to implement a modern way to receive financial documents
Participation in calls, trainings and meetings with Client in order to ensure process flow would be equally important for you to succeed in this role
Skills and attributes for success:
• You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B1/B2 level
• You possess a very Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
• You are strong and highly-motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
