About the Opportunity
Reportingto the ASEAN Consulting Markets Leader
Manage the pursuit process (EYAsean Consulting Deal Governance process) for opportunities, workingclosely with key partners
Provide pursuit managementsupport for key accounts, focusing on opportunities with high-revenuepotential or that are medium-are in scope
Embed pursuit excellence in thebusiness by sharing best practices in pursuit management and intellectualassets
Manage the CRM process whichincludes working with accounts teams on strategic opportunities throughthe sales cycle
Manage the CRM process to pushthe team to move opportunities through the pipeline, driving action,accountability and accuracy around pipeline
Executewin/ loss debriefs
Account Planning, Review and Forecasting
Review, analyse and provideperiodic reporting to monitor Asean Consulting Accounts Revenue (GTER),Sales and Pipeline, in particular highlight gaps to support ConsultingMarkets Leaders develop and implement actions required to achievetargets
Liaise and work with ConsultingAccount Leaders and account teams on periodical account reviews andpipeline discussions
Be the knowledge steward of theAsean markets’ Consulting Key Accounts and provide all relevantperformance reporting to the region on a regular basis.
Support the annual revenueplanning process with the Market segment leadership team and relevantClient Service Partners (CSPs)
Support the Consulting MarketsLeader and BDs with the development and implementation of anaccount-centric, action-orientated account plans
Skills and attributes for success
Financial literacy and the ability to interpret results and provide advice on performance. In addition, the ability to forecast and project areas that the leaders need to focus on.
Relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels across Asean consulting
Understanding of firm wide systems and processes.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Posses a Bachelors Degree
5 years of relevant work experience in business operations, and/or sales process
