Learning and Development Associate
Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Associate to join our team.As part of our human resources team, you’ll develop your business capabilities faster as you contribute to our performance management, leadership development and training initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in supporting and developing our people, guided by senior leaders. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
Your Key responsibilities
Assist in strategic planning of programs deployment
Manage programs schedule
Coordinate registration for training programs and prepare attendance list
Send joining instructions and course evaluation
Arrange printing of training materials
Monitor training budget and costs
Work on costs re-billing to other countries after program as appropriate
Work on costs re-charge to respective service lines after program as appropriate
Handle queries from business stakeholders, facilitators and participants
Manage training rooms booking
Set up training room/facilities
Maintain CPE records for all staff via in-house learning system
Monitor and report on absentees
Prepare learning reports / collate learning information
Liaise with facilitators and external vendors
Provide support to facilitators on logistic matters
Monitor training needs and compliance
Provide on-site support during overseas/external training programs
Monitor and processing of professional qualification programs
SharePoint site content management
Any other duties assigned
Skills and attributes for success
Proficiency in MS office applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good excel and power points skills
Ability to multi-task as well as work independently and in a team
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and possess initiative
To qualify for the role you must have
- Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
