The Opportunity

We are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our Talent Team. You will be instrumental in supporting and developing our people in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Class roster management, including:
  1. creation of class schedule via in-house learning system

  2. assist in coordinating registration for training programs

  3. preparing attendance list

  • Instructor managementvia in-house learning system

  • Learner management via in-house learning system

  • Learning logistics management, including:

  1. set-up training room/facilities

  2. monitor and report on absentees

  3. provide support to instructors on logistic matters

  4. arrange printing of training materials

  • Virtual session production

  • Post-course administration, including:

  1. CPE processing

  2. maintain CPE records for all staff via in-house learning system

  3. send course evaluation requests

  4. learning compliance check

  5. arrange for make-up session

  • Learning reporting support including assist in:
  1. prepare learning reports

  2. collate learning information

  3. monitor training consumption

  4. monitor training needs and compliance

  • Operational budget management, including review of monthly pre-billing report and monitor training costs

  • Conference / event management via in-house learning system

  • Monitor and processing of professional qualification programs

  • SharePoint site content management

  • Handling queries from instructors and learners

  • Any other duties assigned

Skills and attributes for success

  • Familiarity in various virtual delivery platforms and online interaction tools

  • Proficiency in MS office applications

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Good excel and power points skills

  • Ability to multi-task, as well as work independently and cohesively in a team

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented and possess initiative

  • Overseas travelling is expected (within ASEAN)

To qualify for the role you must have

Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Ideally, you also have

Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
