Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

About the opportunity
The role is to partner with the business to implement Talent initiatives in a way which supports the executive agenda and is also relevant and effective for the Singapore and ASEAN financial services business.
You will work in conjunction with the key Talent and business stakeholders across Singapore, Asean and APAC.
In your role as a HRBP for Advisory (Financial Services Singapore and ASEAN), you’ll:
Partner with the business leaders to deliver the talent strategy which should encompass attraction, development and retention
Partner with the business to actively manage and influence the performance, development and career process
Participate in the design and/or implementation of engagement initiatives to create an exceptional EY experience
Be the lead change agent for the deployment of all talent programs for the business
Collaborate with COEs to tailor relevant talent solutions for the business
Participate in the annual compensation review and budgeting process
Prepare and analyze key HR metrics and provide relevant recommendations to the business
Consult with business leaders on talent needs, headcount and promotion planning
Facilitate in conjunction with Finance and operations the operational workforce plan
Facilitate timely resolution to complex and urgent employee relation issues
Facilitate workshops, focus groups and career development sessions
We’re looking for people with the following experience and skills:
Degree qualifications is compulsory
6- 8 years of experience HRBP, Generalist HR experience
Confidence in engaging with senior leadership, multiple stakeholders and diverse teams
Confidence in leading discussions and delivering presentations
Experience in working in a matrix environment, with demonstrated flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Regional HR experience in the Financial Services Sector is preferred.
