The opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful implementation for Successfactors for our clients

  • Analyze the client’s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization

  • Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation

  • Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and forward thinking in a problem-solving environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or IT related disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience for the Senior Consultant role and a Minimum of 6 years for the Manager role

  • SAP implementation experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors

  • Understating of SAP best practices

  • Familiarity with Human Capital business processes and leading industry practices in payroll

  • Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients

  • Excellent communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in client facing roles in a consulting environment
