About the opportunity
As part of our talent acquisition and attraction team, you’ll build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing recruitment solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
Be the key point of contact for at least one of the Service Line to ensure effective and timely recruitment.
Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a subject matter expert and guide to the Service Line leaders. Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
Manage the client relationship with various stakeholders, to understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs.
Perform the full-life cycle recruitment process, when required, and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
Takes the initiative to manage qualified candidates to engage them in current or future opportunities.
Ensuring a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
Relationship management and networking is a critical component to be successful in this role.
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team and flag risks/delays in advance.
Skills & attributes for success:
A degree in Human Resource, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
5 years of relevant recruitment experience, in both, or either/or in-house and outsource environment.
Ability to build pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques which includes but not limited to researching the market, interviewing candidates, obtaining leads and diversity recruiting.
Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
Track record of successful sourcing and placements of challenging and difficult-to-fill positions
Familiarity with using social media/networking site like LinkedIn and ATS tools.
