About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a C&B professional to join ourTotal Rewards team. As aTotal Rewards Manager, you will leadin the formulation and delivery of Singapore’s Total Rewards strategy and objectives, and shape how Total Rewards responds to and delivers on building the workforce of the future.As part of the Total Rewards team, you will work with our wider Talent team and business leaders to bring together components that contribute to the total value of working at EY. Your key responsibilities:

In your role as a Total Rewards Manager, you will manage the full suite of the reward portfolio:

  • Managemarket benchmarking and analysis on competitiveness of reward structure and practices against market data and best practices.

  • Provide advisory to stakeholders to better understand market reward trends, job mapping to external market and making sense of salary survey data.

  • Engage in job evaluation; design and build pay structures for new roles and career frameworks; and review existing structures for relevance.

  • Lead the annual budget planning exercise on rewards budget’s proposal and work with HR Business Partners to engage business stakeholders on market competitive compensation.

  • Drive annual salary and bonus review, involving in-depth analysis and cost modelling for proposals to leadership, and partnership with key stakeholders.

  • Develop Benefits, Recognition and Wellbeing programs in line with strategic directions, investment priorities and employees’ needs.

  • Lead the annual benefits review and insurance renewal involving market analysis, plan design, cost modeling, communication and implementation.

  • Ensure reward programs’ compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.

  • Participate in reward-related projects and initiatives driven by region and global.

Skills & attributes for success:

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in Total Rewards

  • Post-graduate qualifications in Compensation & Benefits Management is preferred

  • Strong analytical abilities with critical thinking skills to manage C&B program design, cost-benefit analysis and process development

  • Hands-onexperience in building pay structures and designing compensation plans with firm foundation in quantitative principles in Compensation Management

  • Persuasive and comfortable in advisory role with strong interpersonal, presentationand written communication skills

  • Extreme attention to detail and deadline managementwith appreciation of risk and complexity

  • Sound stakeholder management skills

  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality

  • High level of competence in Excel skills is a must and working knowledge of SuccessFactors will be a plus
