We are seeking for Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Team with the following qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, Social Science and/or other related field
3-5 years previous experience in recruitment and employer branding (preferably in recruitment agency for a year)
Strong skills in MS Office programs
Experience with using online recruitment portals
Strong communications and presentation skills
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service obligations
Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice
Support recruitment team in recruitment process including cv searching and screening
Organizing the interviews with Service Lines and following recruitment flow
Taking an active role in whole recruitment process
Support global exchange program process to communicate and prepare required documents
Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer
Leading or contributing in preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects
Periodical reporting of all tasks
