Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you’ll deliver innovative high quality work products. As a Senior Manager and Sales Technology Engagement Lead, you will help develop the sales strategy, sales technology strategy and execution of that vision for clients.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Act as an advocate and leader in the strategic design process of projects, owning the overall sales technology strategy and execution for clients across multiple industries. Work closely with sales leadership to execute on programs that accelerate sales growth and improve overall productivity.

  • Demonstrated understanding of sales solutions, working with clients to assess their current digital technology maturity, identify gaps and shape a future technology roadmap.

  • Ability to cultivate and manage business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, assuming responsibility for managing key client relationships.

  • Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, playing a key role in mentoring junior level consultants.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree with at least 7-9 years of work experience in Sales Operations, CRM Sales Technologies, Sales Solution Architecture, Sales Channel Marketing, or Customer Experience.

  • Knowledge of key Sales CRM technology solutions (i.e. Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics) and experience implementing such solutions for clients.

  • Experience with helping organizations deliver a differentiated channel experience addressing their sales needs.

  • Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports within an organization.

  • A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 80% both domestically and internationally.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Past experience in consulting, sales operations, sales technologies, customer sales or other relevant experience in a client facing role.
