The opportunity

Assist our clients better align their organizations' technology infrastructures with their strategies and business objectives. Your time will be dedicated to the Customer Digital Technology ITA Practice focused on the following financial services industries; Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance. Your key responsibilities

  • Building relationships is the key. You will be a high-profile contact when it comes to motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by fostering an innovative and inclusive team-orientated work environment.

  • Become a credible advisor to junior consultants within the organization as well as the clients.

  • Develop and design end-to-end the change management programs for CRM implementations

  • Manage and liaise with client team to ensure appropriate resourcing and engagement around successful adoption and change management

  • Manage adoption and change management activities with your designated client, including communications, training, recognition, resistance management, change network, and adoption planning and strategy

  • Clearly articulate the vision and value of the technical transformation to all stakeholders

  • Manage and provide leadership for client and internal change management team through a successful digital transformation

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience

  • A degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, , or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred

  • Experience designing and leading business or technology transformation projects, developing training, communications strategy, and executing across all change management activities

  • Proven experience working on small- to medium-sized operations and technology change initiatives or system implementations with ”brand name” consulting firms or internal consulting organizations at leading corporations

  • Experience

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and how they relate to technology implementations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing client deliverables and presentations

  • You will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. As such, you must have the ability to travel and have a valid driver’s license. This travel can be as much as 4 to 5 days of a work week.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global financial institution

  • Experience providing change management support to the following CRM solutions: Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Seibel, CRM OnDemand

  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Change Management, Project Management, or System Implementation

  • Experience within Insurance, Consumer, Mortgage and Wholesale banking

  • The ability to deliver high stakes deliverables under demanding timelines. You should have the ability to be flexible with changes and keep the client focused and stay within the scope of the engagement.

  • Understanding of key technology and services vendors and products supporting the mortgage, consumer and wholesale banking value chain.

  • Change Management Certification
