As an Experienced Recruiting Operations Project Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with recruiters, stakeholders, and leaders from a diverse array of backgrounds.


You’ll own operational activities for our experienced recruiting function, working directly with our recruiters and leaders across the business. You’ll be a driver of operational excellence and the exceptional candidate experience at EY, so our reputation for quality and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands. YourKey Responsibilities

There truly is no typical day in this role. With such a diverse range of responsibilities, you’ll handle everything from driving operational excellence in our recruitment processes, to improving the candidate experience and leading transformational projects and programs. It’s all about creatively identifying opportunities to grow and improve our already world class recruiting organization. Skillsand attributes for Success

  • Managinga portfolio of moderate to complex projects/programs where operations, processand technology enablement knowledge is used to develop solutions and solvebusiness problems across recruiting

  • Providing operational support tomaximize the team’s ability to meet hiring goals

  • Managingresources, communications and cost management of projects

  • Presentingrecommendations to leadership regarding solutions and influencing finaldecisions

  • Facilitatingchange between a broad, diverse range of stakeholders to improve communication,share best practices, and create consistency in our processes

Toqualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience

  • 5-8 years of related workexperience in recruiting and/or recruiting/talent operations

  • Demonstrated track record of buildingstrong working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographicboundaries

  • Ability and desire to collaborate andwork with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones

  • Strong project management skills andexperience

Ideally,you’ll also have

  • Experienceusing applicant tracking systems and CRMs

  • A broad understanding of recruitment laws andpractices, and the ability to quickly adapt to our policies, processes andculture

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations

  • Strong presentation, researching, and changemanagement skills

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Aptitude for learning new technologiesextemporaneously
