The Opportunity

Likewise, you will partner with analysts, partners, interns and client executives on large-scale transformations to help build a better working world.

Key Responsibilities

As a PAS Manager, you will work collaboratively to deliver innovative yet practical learning and development solutions for a range of business challenges and transformation efforts. You will lead teams across learning disciplines, including learning strategy, curriculum design and development, and content development. You will also engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders in a variety of industries. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Developing learning strategies based on considerations of the client’s environment, stakeholder needs, and the desired future state

  • Conducting training needs analyses, evaluating results, and developing appropriate learning solutions that fill gaps and positively impact employee behavior

  • Designing and developing instructionally sound, creative, and high quality learning solutions with high impact results (e.g. curriculum design, storyboarding, self-study, eLearning, blended learning)

  • Anticipating organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations

  • Working with clients to re-tool and re-skill their people to support new ways of doing business

  • Building an approach that involves and engages those impacted by disruption and ensuring appropriate sponsorship from management

Skills and Attributes for success

Some key capabilities you should be prepared to bring to client facing and internal initiative teams include:

  • Technical competence in our key learning capabilities and a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges including deep expertise in instructional design principles and best practices

  • Ability to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients

  • Project management skills and the ability to lead project work streams, from planning through implementation – including managing project resources and budgets effectively, and appropriately managing risks and issues

  • Teaming skills, including the ability to create an inclusive environment and serve as a coach to our people

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Relevant professional service experience, with a global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)

  • Around 6-9 years of prior experience in Learning, with success in current job applying one or more of these capabilities

  • Experience managing a project plan, raising risks, and adhering to a deadline are all tasks that will be encountered on the job

  • Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification

  • Ability to travel regularly

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate or Articulate

  • LMS knowledge and skills including LMS configuration for one or more tools such as Cornerstone, Sum Total, Taleo, Saba, or SuccessFactors

  • ERP or similar technology implementation training experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Guidewire)

  • Competency design and development

  • Curriculum design and development

  • Blended training program design and development

  • Knowledge or experience in implementing other digitial technology (RPA, Automation, Blockchain)
