You will prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people. Your keyresponsibilities

As a Senior Manager in the Deal Strategy & Management - Financial Services group, you will be a vital member of the team leading and executing operational focused projects. You'll execute and manage projects supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions. You will also be focusing a portion of your time on business and practice development as well as developing team members to achieve their goals.

To qualify forthe role you must have

  • A bachelor’sdegree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or InformationTechnology and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degreeand approximately 7 years of related work experience.

  • MBA ispreferred.

  • Significantexperience in an M&A consulting environment working with financialservices clients, including banking, capital markets, asset managementand/or insurance.

  • Excellentanalytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data intomeaningful insights.

  • Experienceleading and managing in complex business environments.

  • The abilityto prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly tonew challenges and concepts.

  • Excellentnegotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to developlong-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

  • Must bewilling and able to travel up to 80% on short notice.

Ideally, you’llalso have

  • A provenrecord of excellence in a merger integration, acquisitions, divestitures,carve outs.

  • Experiencegained within another large professional services organization.

  • Establishednetworking skills in a relevant industry.
