The opportunity

You will help our client’s navigate the complex world of Information Data Governance and Data Quality.The Data Governance and Data Quality Analyst will specialize in serving EY clients in the areas of Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definition and Usage, and Data Management.

We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on howData Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definition and Usage, and Data Managementcan transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. Your keyresponsibilities

You’llspend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

  • Fosteringan innovative and inclusive team- oriented work environment. Playing an activerole in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization

  • Cultivatingand managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaininglong- term client relationships and networks.

  • Assistingin the strategy and implementation of Master Data Management, Data Governance,Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Content Management and KnowledgeManagement

To qualify for therole you must have

  • Abachelor's degree and approximately three years of related work experience; ora graduate degree and approximately two years of related work experience

  • Aminimum of two years’ experience in providing complex consultative services inthe following focus areas: information strategy, data architecture,information/data governance, master data management, data quality, dataintegration

  • Working knowledge of the modernized informationmanagement tool landscape (e.g. Talend, Collibra, Oracle DRM, SAP MDM,Informatica, Hyperion, Essbase, SQL.

  • Astrong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts andpractices for modernizing information management

  • Proficiencywith advising clients on the full data supply chain from data wrangling to dataconsumption via analytics.

  • Proventrack record of understanding business challenges and translating them intovalue add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - activelyparticipate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively findingand using data to manage complex analysis

  • Engagementleadership experience including: managing junior level consulting staff, providingregular status updates, monitoring project economics, as well as managingclient relationships

  • Stronganalytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and writtencommunication skills

  • Awillingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. A validdriver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness andability to travel internationally

Ideally, you’llalso have

  • Degreeemphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, IT orEngineering preferred
